CutFusionAI operates on a token-based system where tokens are consumed during AI video processing. Due to the nature of our service and the computational resources required, tokens are non-refundable once processing begins.

There are no circumstances under which tokens will be refunded once purchased. This strict policy exists because:
- Server resources are immediately reserved upon token purchase
- AI processing infrastructure costs are incurred regardless of usage
- Computational resources cannot be "returned" or "unused"
- System maintenance and availability costs are continuous
Even in cases of technical issues, billing errors, or system problems, tokens remain non-refundable as infrastructure costs have already been incurred.

5. Partial Refunds
In rare cases where processing fails partway through analysis, we may offer partial refunds based on the amount of processing completed. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires system logs showing incomplete processing due to technical issues.
