The service operates on a token-based payment system where users purchase tokens to process their video content.

3. Token System and Billing

3.1 Token Purchases

Users purchase tokens through our secure payment system powered by Stripe. Token packages are non-refundable once processing begins.

3.2 Token Usage

Tokens are consumed based on video duration and processing complexity. Token costs are clearly displayed before processing begins.

3.3 Token Expiration

Tokens do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies after 2 years of no usage.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts and maintain the security of their login credentials.

4.2 Acceptable Use

Users agree to use CutFusionAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited uses include:

Processing copyrighted content without authorization
Creating or processing harmful, illegal, or offensive content
Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the service
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Service Availability and Performance

7.2 Processing Quality

AI processing results may vary based on input quality and content type. We do not guarantee specific outcomes but continuously improve our algorithms.

8. Limitation of Liability

CutFusionAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for tokens in the preceding 12 months.

9. Refund Policy

Token purchases are generally non-refundable once processing begins. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for:

Technical failures preventing service delivery
Billing errors or duplicate charges
Service outages lasting more than 24 hours

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the token purchase.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, access to the service will cease, but unused tokens may remain valid for 30 days to allow for final processing.
