While our AI is continuously improving and generally provides excellent results, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The analysis is designed to save you significant editing time, but you should always review the suggested cut points before finalizing your edits.
Are tokens refundable? +
No, tokens are non-refundable once video processing begins. This is because our servers and AI processing resources are consumed during analysis, regardless of whether you're satisfied with the results. We recommend starting with our Starter Pack to evaluate the service before purchasing larger token packages.
What video formats are supported? +
CutFusionAI supports most common video formats including MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, and WMV. For best results, we recommend MP4 files with clear audio. The AI analysis works best with videos that have spoken content.
Is my video content stored on your servers? +
No, your original video files are not permanently stored on our servers. Videos are processed temporarily for AI analysis and then processing artifacts are automatically cleaned up. We prioritize your privacy and data security throughout the entire process.
How many tokens do I need? +
Token usage depends on video length and complexity. As a rough guide:
  • 10-15 minute video: ~500-700 tokens
  • 30 minute video: ~1,200-1,500 tokens
  • 1 hour video: ~2,500-3,000 tokens
The exact cost is calculated and shown before processing begins.
Do tokens expire? +
No, tokens do not expire. However, accounts inactive for more than 2 years may be subject to review. Your purchased tokens will remain available as long as your account is active.
Can I use CutFusionAI offline? +
The desktop application can be used offline for reviewing previous analyses and making edits. However, AI processing and transcription require an internet connection to access our servers. Token purchases also require internet connectivity.

Once processing begins, tokens are consumed as the AI analyzes your content. While you can cancel the operation, consumed tokens are not refundable since server resources have already been used for the processing work completed.
